Baker McKenzie companion drops swimsuit in search of IRS paperwork on partnership scrutiny

A Baker McKenzie tax companion has dropped his lawsuit in search of paperwork from the Inside Income Service about its harder insurance policies for auditing partnerships.
George M. Clarke filed a discover that he was voluntarily dismissing the swimsuit with prejudice Could 17, report Law360 and Reuters. No cause was given.

A lawyer who filed the swimsuit for Clarke refused to remark to Reuters on whether or not the IRS had supplied the paperwork.
