Chicago police arrested a 19-year-old man after he allegedly robbed two Subway eating places inside 40 minutes on the Northwest Facet. Emir Esenbekov, 19, faces two counts of aggravated theft in reference to the robberies, which occurred early on June 9 in Norwood Park.
