Findings
The report discovered that in a lot of the prisons visited workers have been involved that equalities and variety work didn’t have adequate precedence. Coaching wanted
Each workers and prisoners said that coaching was essential if cultural understanding was to be improved, though for some this wanted to transcend typical coaching programmes and wanted to be rethought completely.
One workers member who participated within the session stated:
“Most coaching is delivered by way of e-learning, and it doesn’t work. It’s click on and overlook; we’d like face-to-face studying for employees.”
