Seattle Police arrested a person with a handgun and drum journal following a DUI collision in West Seattle on June seventh.
At about 2:20 a.m., patrol officers have been dispatched to reviews of a three-vehicle collision within the 7100 block of twenty eighth Avenue Southwest. After they arrived, they positioned an impaired driver and positioned him below arrest.
Whereas investigating, Officers recovered a backpack with a handgun, a 50-round drum journal, and over 60 rounds of ammunition. The firearm was constructed from a Polymer-80 equipment and is an untraceable weapon.
Police accomplished a lawful blood draw pursuant to a warrant. The 20-year-old suspect was booked into King County Jail for Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Driving Beneath the Affect.
Detectives with the Site visitors Collision Investigations Squad have been assigned to this case.
