ICYMI: BIS Updates Boycott Requester List | Customs & International Trade Law Blog


The Division of Commerce’s Bureau of Business and Safety (BIS) printed its first quarterly replace of the Boycott Requester Record. The checklist notifies firms, freight forwarders, monetary entities, and people of potential sources of boycott-related requests that they might obtain.

BIS is charged with implementing anti-boycott legal guidelines beneath the Export Administration Rules (EAR).
