A 22-year-old Chicago man posed as a possible automotive purchaser to carjack the car’s proprietor at gunpoint, then crashed moments later in entrance of a Chicago police patrol automotive. Prosecutors stated Michael Phillips organized a check drive of a grey 2008 Mercedes sedan and met on the sufferer’s dwelling within the 5400 block of West Potomac Avenue round 11 a.m. on April 3.
