CHICAGO — The drunk driver who killed a 67-year-old bicyclist in Garfield Ridge has two earlier DUI convictions, prosecutors say. Michael Kelly, 33, was detained as a security threat by Decide Shauna Boliker to await trial on a cost of aggravated DUI inflicting demise.
