Seattle Police detectives are investigating a fatality collision in North Seattle Monday evening.
On July 1st at round 10:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a collision involving a bike and a sport utility car (SUV) on Aurora Avenue North and North forty third Road.
The Seattle Hearth Division arrived on scene and pronounced the feminine motorcyclist, 27, deceased.
Cops cordoned off the realm and detectives with the Site visitors Collision Investigations Squad (TCIS) arrived and processed the scene.
The 43-year-old driver cooperated with authorities and was evaluated by detectives. He exhibited no indicators of impairment.
Police decided that the motorcyclist and the SUV driver have been touring southbound on Aurora once they collided into one another within the bus lane. Their actions and speeds are underneath investigation.
TCIS have taken lead on this case.
