Doctoral Workshop – A European Union of Values: Quo Vadis?

Younger BEDER is organising one other EU law-oriented workshop geared toward early-career students this fall! Younger BEDER is the “youth part” of the Belgian Affiliation for European Union Legislation (“BEDER”), and it goals to contain junior lecturers and practitioners with an curiosity in European Union legislation.

This yr’s workshop “A European Union of Values: Quo Vadis?”, with Prof. Dr. Geert de Baere (Choose on the Common Courtroom of the EU) and Prof. Dr. Paul Nihoul (Choose on the Common Courtroom of the EU) as keynote audio system, will present a platform for essential reflection on how the European Union (EU) protects and enforces its values inside the EU authorized order.

The workshop will happen on 27 November 2025 at Ghent College and options two panels, offering a discussion board for younger researchers to current their analysis and to obtain suggestions from senior researchers and professors.
