 Background on AD/CVD Investigations

Antidumping obligation (“AD”) and countervailing obligation (“CVD”) investigations are introduced collectively by the U.S. Worldwide Commerce Fee (“USITC”) and the U.S. Division of Commerce (“Commerce”). In the meantime, CVD investigations are triggered when a home business alleges that it has been injured by competing imports which can be being unfairly sponsored by their governments. As with every continuing, participation is essential to guard your rights. We urge anybody who imports Erythritol to pay shut consideration to this case and to make sure that all applicable steps are taken to mitigate any injury.
