The Bombay Excessive Court docket in an order dated July 2, 2024 had directed the competent authority to file an affidavit-in-reply, setting out the standing of the hooked up properties of 63 Moons.

The Bombay Excessive Court docket in a subsequent order dated July 23, 2024 requested the Collector, Mumbai metropolis to depute two officers to help the competent authority within the voluminous work of assessing the property attachment of 63 Moons. The joint investigation discovered massive withdrawals from its financial institution accounts, closed some accounts, invested sure quantities in fastened deposits, and withdrawn some quantities from the hooked up fastened deposits. The competent authority has positioned the paperwork revealing misappropriation of funds by 63 Moons within the affidavit.
