Haitian Nationwide Police on Monday introduced the arrest of 5 folks and two staff of the Institute for the Safeguarding of Nationwide Heritage (ISPAN) concerned in a stampede on the Citadelle Laferrière.
The incident on the mountaintop heritage web site was reportedly a results of “extreme overcrowding, linked particularly to deficiencies in crowd administration measures” which “triggered a stampede.”
