Consultants, practitioners and judges from various authorized traditions with expertise in cross-border litigation and personal worldwide legislation extra broadly are inspired to take part within the session.
In 2021, the HCCH established a Working Group on issues associated to jurisdiction in transnational civil or industrial litigation (WG), comprised of over 60 subject-matter consultants from throughout the globe.
