Trade News: New Petition Filed Against Tungsten Shot from China | Customs & International Trade Law Blog

Full scope right here.

Subsequent Steps

The Commerce Division will decide whether or not to provoke the investigations inside 20 days. The USITC will attain a preliminary willpower of fabric damage or menace of fabric damage inside 45 days.

As with every continuing, participation is essential to guard your rights. We urge anybody who imports tungsten shot to pay shut consideration to this case and to make sure that all applicable steps are taken to mitigate any harm.
