The United Kingdom has ratified the HCCH 2019 Judgments Convention

This week the UK ratified the HCCH 2019 Judgments Conference. The Conference will enter into pressure for the UK on 1 July 2025. For extra data, see the standing desk right here.

The UK has made just one declaration up to now:

27-06-2024The United Kingdom declares, in accordance with Article 25, that the Conference shall lengthen to England and Wales solely, and that it could at any time submit different declarations or modify this declaration in accordance with Article 30 of the Conference.
