From 10 to 12 October, the Worldwide Nuremberg Ideas Academy is organising the Nuremberg Discussion board 2025. The worldwide, interdisciplinary convention will probably be held at Courtroom 600 of the Nuremberg Palace of Justice, the historic venue of the Nuremberg trials.
The convention titled “Strengthening Worldwide Prison Regulation: 80 Years since Nuremberg” will mirror on the historic evolution of worldwide felony regulation´s foundational norms and procedures, its influence, and its future. This 12 months’s panellists embody a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, the United Nations Authorized Counsel, judges from worldwide and home courts, main students and members of worldwide human rights organisations.
From accusations of Siegerjustiz to the institution of worldwide buildings espousing their values, the acceptance of the Nuremberg trials and ideas has been a rare and non-linear course of.
