Belal joins our colleague Melanie Crenshaw as co-faculty lead for the Faculty of Authorities’s work with the state’s almost 700 magistrates. Melanie organizes, administers, and teaches civil regulation content material for magistrates; Belal is her prison regulation counterpart.
