USTR Finalizes Action on 301 Tariffs | Customs & International Trade Law Blog

Semiconductors – Enhance fee to 50% in 2025 
Ship-to-shore cranes – Enhance fee to 25% in 2024 
Photo voltaic cells (whether or not or not assembled into modules) – Enhance fee to 50% in 2024  Metal and aluminum merchandise – Enhance fee to 25% in 2024 
Syringes and needles – Enhance fee to a minimum of 50% in 2024 

Exclusions:
