Subsequent Steps

The Commerce Division will decide whether or not to provoke the investigations inside 20 days. The USITC will attain a preliminary dedication of fabric damage or menace of fabric damage inside 45 days.

As with every continuing, participation is essential to guard your rights. We urge anybody who imports sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains to pay shut consideration to this case and to make sure that all acceptable steps are taken to mitigate any harm.
