Australia adopted the United Nations Conference on Contracts for the Worldwide Sale of Items (CISG) – a treaty supposed to harmonise cross-border sale of products legislation – in 1989. Benjamin Hayward is an Affiliate Professor within the Division of Enterprise Legislation at Monash College.
