The plea by Kerala journalist Siddique Kappan in search of leisure of bail situation to mark his presence at a police station in Uttar Pradesh each week was accepted by the Supreme Courtroom on Monday.
The Bench of Justice PS Narasimha and Justice tSandeep Mehta relaxed the situation set in its September 2022 bail order.
