Summer School ‘Consumer and Market Law in the European Circular Economy’ – Conflict of Laws

Registration is now open for the Summer season Faculty ‘Client and Market Legislation within the European Round Financial system’ which will probably be held from 9 to 18 July 2025: 9/11 July on-line and 14-18 July in presence on the College of Udine, Italy.

The Summer season Faculty is organised by the College of Udine, in cooperation with a consortium of European universities, together with College of Essex, De Montfort College of Leicester, College of West Timisoara, East Anglia College, College of Rijeka, College of Belgrade and College of Szeged, inside the framework of the Jean Monnet Module CoME CircLE.

The 2025 Summer season Faculty will encompass 40 hours of lectures, a workshop and a moot courtroom. Attendees will probably be supplied a complete coaching on the authorized self-discipline of shopper safety and market regulation within the EU Legislation, with a selected reference to round economic system, considering the next related matters: Client safety and empowerment points; Non-public worldwide regulation points; Dispute decision and redress points; and Market regulation.

Eligible are undergraduate college students, graduatestudents and PhD college students, studing Legislation, Economics, Political Science or Worldwide Relations.
