The primary chart beneath reveals that greater than two thirds of all sentences are fines. The second chart reveals that between 2005 and 2024, using fines elevated, whereas the proportionate use of Neighborhood Orders greater than halved. The proportionate use of Fast Custody has been steady at round 7%.
