To what extent has Catalan society depolarized over the nationwide query after the failed 2017 push for unilateral secession? What components have formed the evolution of depolarization in Catalonia?
This presentation conceptualises affective depolarization as the method by which people reasonable their unfavorable perceptions of the opponents. Preliminary findings counsel that Catalan society has depolarized, albeit solely reasonably. We contend that the principle cause behind that is shifting celebration wants and pursuits.
