Man Shot in University District Neighborhood  – SPD Blotter

Man Shot in University District Neighborhood  – SPD Blotter


Murder detectives are investigating a taking pictures in College District that left one male deceased.

Saturday night time shortly after 10:00 p.m., 911 Dispatch acquired reviews of a taking pictures within the 4500 block of Brooklyn Avenue NE. Police arrived and located a 31-year-old man affected by gunshot wounds to the chest. Seattle Hearth Division arrived and supplied support. Regardless of lifesaving efforts, the male succumbed to his accidents and was pronounced deceased on the scene. 

A 40-year-old man was positioned and brought into custody on the scene. The male was transported to Seattle Police Headquarters the place he was interviewed by Murder Unit detectives. This stays an energetic and on-going investigation.

Murder Unit detectives are working to find out the circumstances that led as much as the taking pictures.
