Seattle law enforcement officials arrested a 31-year-old felon for eluding police in a stolen truck Tuesday afternoon following an eagle-eyed police monitor from a helicopter.
On Nov 18, at about 2:00 p.m., patrol officers, geared up with an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR), discovered a stolen Ford F-150 close to Meridian Avenue North and North Northgate Manner.
