Former LAUSD technical mission supervisor Hong “Grace” Peng is charged with two felony counts for cash laundering and for having a monetary curiosity in an official contract, over her alleged function within the rip-off.
Los Angeles County District Legal professional Nathan Hochman says Peng conspired with a Texas know-how contractor named Gautham Sampath in a pay-to-play scheme the place Peng fed greater than $22 million in contracts to an organization owned by Sampath from 2018-2022.
