A 64-year-old man has been detained after allegedly attempting to set one other man on fireplace inside a tent in Uptown this week.
Steven Carter is charged with tried first-degree homicide and aggravated arson in reference to the assault, which occurred round 12:30 a.m. Tuesday within the 4500 block of North Lake Shore Drive, in keeping with police and prosecutors.
