A minimum of one individual is useless following a crash between a Honda SUV and a Los Angeles County street-sweeping truck Sunday morning, the Los Angeles Police Division stated.
The crash occurred round 7 a.m. close to the intersection of Vista Del Mar and West Imperial Freeway in Playa Del Rey close to Los Angeles Worldwide Airport. In line with police, the Public Works street-sweeping truck was touring south on Vista Del Mar on its scheduled route when a northbound SUV collided with it head-on.
Video from newsgathering service OnScene.TV exhibits the truck’s hood lifted and the entrance of the SUV crushed from the collision.
The driving force of the SUV, described solely as a Latino male, died on the scene. Police couldn’t affirm if the driving force was below the affect or had suffered a medical emergency.
The county worker was handled on the scene and transferred to a hospital, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles Hearth Division instructed The Occasions. That individual’s situation is unknown, the division added.
The reason for the crash remains to be below investigation, police stated.
