This workshop brings collectively teachers and practitioners to establish and creatively take into consideration authorized alternative buildings in EU legislation to problem inadequate EU local weather motion earlier than the EU courts. We take the well-known obstacles (standing and different entry to justice issues) as a place to begin and open a dialog about what may fit below EU legislation and earlier than the ECJ. The target is to establish and develop new avenues to carry circumstances to Luxembourg that would result in simpler local weather insurance policies in Europe.
