FBI offers $1,000 reward for info about armored car robbery

CHICAGO — The FBI is providing as much as $1,000 for info main “on to the arrest and conviction” of the person who robbed an armored automobile in Brighton Park earlier this month.

A Brinks technician was servicing an ATM at Huntington Financial institution, 4130 South Archer, when the robber pulled a gun on him round 7:30 a.m. on December 3, in accordance with the FBI.

Chicago law enforcement officials on the scene mentioned the person stole the technician’s firearm and between $50,000 and $90,000 in money.

The FBI launched surveillance pictures with its reward announcement on Thursday.

In line with the company, the robber is a Black male between 20 and 25 years previous who stands 5’8″ to five’9″ tall. He has a slight construct and wore a black balaclava face protecting, a shiny black puffer coat, black gloves, black pants, and black sneakers.
