Detectives Investigating Fatality Collision in South Seattle – SPD Blotter

Seattle police detectives are investigating a fatality collision in South Seattle this morning. 

At about 7:45 a.m., patrol officers responded to a hit-and-run pedestrian collision at 4th Avenue South and South Spokane Road. Police and the Seattle Fireplace Division (SFD) arrived and situated the sufferer within the roadway. SFD pronounced her deceased on the scene. 

Officers decided that an 83-year-old lady was strolling westbound within the pedestrian crosswalk when an SUV ran her over when making a proper flip, eastbound, onto South Spokane Road from 4th Avenue South. The motive force left of their automobile and police haven’t situated them. 

Police cordoned off the realm till detectives with the Site visitors Collision Investigation Squad (TCIS) arrived and processed the scene.
