Seattle police detectives are investigating a site visitors crash that killed a 27-year-old girl in Capitol Hill this night.
At 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian collision on Bellevue Avenue East and East Pine Road. There, they discovered a girl with obvious deadly accidents caught beneath a Toyota Prius.
The Seattle Fireplace Division (SFD) arrived, extricated the pedestrian from beneath the automotive, and commenced medical remedy. Regardless of all life-saving efforts, she succumbed to her accidents and SFD pronounced her deceased on the scene.
Police decided that the motive force made a proper flip from Bellevue Avenue, westbound, onto Pine avenue when his car struck the lady strolling throughout Pine Road both on or close to the crosswalk.
The driving force remained on scene and cooperated with police. A Drug Recognition Professional evaluated him and located no indicators of impairment. Officers didn’t arrest him.
Police cordoned off the world and detectives with the Site visitors Collision Investigation Squad (TCIS) arrived and processed the scene.
