Seattle Police detectives are investigating after a person was shot in North Seattle Friday morning.
At 12:51 a.m., patrol officers responded to reviews of a taking pictures and a lady screaming close to North ninetieth Avenue and Aurora Avenue North.
Approaching officers heard gunfire and positioned a male to the east close to Nesbit Avenue North affected by a gunshot wound to the leg.
Officers utilized medical therapy to the sufferer, 24, together with a torniquet till the Seattle Fireplace Division arrived on scene and continued medical. The person was transported to Harborview Medical Heart in severe situation.
The sufferer and one other male had been reported to have been threatening individuals with a chainsaw. The circumstances main as much as the taking pictures are beneath investigation.
The suspect is believed to have fled in a car and was not positioned. Officers positioned a number of shell casings, suspected narcotics, and the chainsaw, and seized them as proof.
