The European Affiliation of Personal Worldwide Legislation (EAPIL), along with the Division of Legislation, Economics and Cultures of the College of Insubria, with the Legislation College of the College of Murcia (Spain) and the Legislation College of the Jagiellonian College in Kraków (Poland), is organising the Second EAPIL Winter Faculty. The 2025 version will likely be dedicated to “Multistate Torts”, coping with the continuing challenges of the therapy of torts linked with a number of States.
