Conference & Book Presentation ‘EAPO: Practical Challenges and Prospects for Reform’

The College of Luxembourg is proud to host a particular occasion to current the newly launched e book, European Account Preservation Order – A Multi-jurisdictional Information with Commentary, printed by Bruylant/Larcier.

Co-edited by main consultants Dr. Nicolas Kyriakides (College of Nicosia), Dr. Heikki A. Huhtamäki (Huhtamäki Brothers Attorneys Ltd), and Dr. Nicholas Mouttotos (College of Bremen), this complete information affords an in depth evaluation of Regulation (EU) No 655/2014, with contributions from 26 Member States.
