The Union authorities has appointed 24 new Judicial and Technical members to the Principal Bench of the Nationwide Firm Legislation Tribunal (NCLT) at New Delhi.
A notification issued on January 7 by the Union Ministry of Company Affairs mentioned the 24 appointees, together with 11 judicial members and 13 technical members would serve a tenure of 5 years starting from the date they assume the cost or until they attain the age of 65 years.
The pay scale of those appointees could be within the vary of Rs 1,82,200 to Rs 2,24,100, as per the Seventh Central Pay Fee, it added.
The brand new judicial members in NCLT embrace Justice Jyotsna Sharma, Sunil Kumar Aggarwal, Nilesh Sharma, Ashish Kalia, Vinay Goel, Labh Singh, Rammurti Kushawaha, Brajendra Mani Tripathi, Sushil Mahadeorao Kochey, Mohan Prasad Tiwari and Cheekati Radha Krishna.
The brand new technical members in NCLT embrace Reena Sinha Puri, Kavita Bhatnagar, Siddharth Mishra, Hariharan Neelakanta Iyer, Shishir Agarwal, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Radhakrishna Sreepada, Ravindra Chaturvedi, Rekha Kantilal Shah, Man Mohan Gupta, Banwari Lal Meena, Yogendra Kumar Singh and Simmi Gupta.
