The second annual convention of the Australasian Affiliation of Non-public Worldwide Legislation shall be held from Friday 17 to Saturday 18 April at Ashurst’s workplaces in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, sponsored by Ashurst.
We’re happy to ask the submission of paper proposals for the convention on any facet of personal worldwide regulation, broadly understood. This contains problems with jurisdiction, selection of regulation, the popularity and enforcement of international judgments (together with how they relate to cross-border points inside a federation), and all areas of personal regulation that increase cross-border and transnational points.
