The primary webinar is on 10 September 2024, from 10-12 CEST. After a quick introduction by the editors, eminent contributors to the e-book will current their views on strategies of regulation, analysis and training in non-public worldwide legislation. Subjects addressed embody recognition as a way, European legislation views, the essence of comparative legislation, legislation & economics, and feminism in non-public worldwide legislation.

This webinar will zoom in on the significance and methodology of training in non-public worldwide legislation, addressing basic academic points in several jurisdictions together with The Netherlands, India, UK, and Nigeria from the attitude of colonialism and historical past, the importance of educating PIL, curriculum growth, using AI, design of evaluation, and so on .
