Annual seminar to take place from 22 to 24 October 2025 (in Spanish) – Conflict of Laws

The Mexican Academy of Personal Worldwide and Comparative Legislation (AMEDIP) might be holding its XLVIII Seminar entitled “Reflections relating to the Inter-American system within the fiftieth Anniversary of the CIDIP-I and the most recent developments of Personal Worldwide Legislation in Mexico” (Reflexiones en torno al sistema interamericano en el 50 Aniversario de la CIDIP-I y la actualidad del Derecho Internacional Privado en México) from 22 to 24 October 2025. The venue of the seminar would be the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (Querétaro, Mexico).

Potential audio system are invited to submit a paper in Spanish, English or Portuguese by 22 August 2025. Papers should adjust to the standards established by AMEDIP and might be evaluated accordingly. Chosen audio system might be required to offer their displays ideally in Spanish as there might be no interpretation companies, however some exceptions could also be made by the organisers upon request for displays in English and Portuguese.
