Background on AD/CVD Investigations
Antidumping responsibility (“AD”) and countervailing responsibility (“CVD”) investigations are introduced collectively by the U.S. Worldwide Commerce Fee (“USITC”) and the U.S. Division of Commerce (“Commerce”).
