Electronic Service of Documents and Remote Taking of Evidence (10 July 2025) – Conflict of Laws

Following profitable periods in 2021, 2022 and 2023, the Singapore-based Asian Enterprise Legislation Institute (ABLI) and the Everlasting Bureau of the Hague Convention on Personal Worldwide Legislation (HCCH) return after a one-year hiatus with their fourth joint webinar, this time on digital service of paperwork and distant taking of proof.

Titled Cross-border Business Dispute Decision – Digital Service of Paperwork and Distant Taking of Proof, the webinar will happen on Thursday 10 July between 5 to six:10pm (Singapore time) or 11am to 12:10 midday (CEST), and is predicted to debate, amongst others, digital transmission of requests below the Service Conference, resembling the usage of IT for communication amongst Central Authorities and different competent authorities, service by digital means throughout totally different jurisdictions, and distant taking of proof by video-link and digital proof below the Proof Conference.
