Sudan targeting of civilians with disabilities can constitute war crimes, rights group says


On Tuesday, Human Rights Watch (HRW) stated that the Fast Assist Forces (RSF) focused, abused, and killed individuals with disabilities throughout their October 26 takeover of the long-besieged metropolis of El Fasher in North Darfur province.
