Police arrest man following a stabbing early Tuesday morning in Capitol Hill neighborhood.
At 5:01 a.m., dispatchers acquired experiences of a stabbing close to East Pike Avenue and tenth Avenue. Officers arrived and located a 30-year-old man with two stab wounds to the torso.
