Seattle cops are investigating a drive-by capturing in Queen Anne this morning.
On Sept. 25, at about 12:40 a.m., patrol officers responded to a capturing within the 500 block of Queen Anne Avenue North. Officers didn’t discover any victims, nor did they discover any property injury. But, police discovered a number of shell casings within the space.
