President Trump didn’t make clear which territories may very well be swapped, and Ukrainian officers appeared unsure about what he meant.
“You’re territory that’s been fought over for 3 and a half years with — loads of Russians have died. A whole lot of Ukrainians have died. It’s very difficult. However we’re going to get some again. We’re going to get some switched. There’ll be some swapping of territories to the betterment of each.”
