Background on AD/CVD Investigations
Antidumping responsibility (“AD”) and countervailing responsibility (“CVD”) investigations are introduced collectively by the U.S. Worldwide Commerce Fee (“USITC”) and the U.S. Division of Commerce (“Commerce”). AD investigations are triggered when a home business alleges that it has been injured by competing imports of specific items from particular international locations being offered at lower than a good worth. Subsequent Steps
