Police Investigating Shooting in Central District – SPD Blotter

Seattle cops are investigating after a 24-year-old man was shot within the Central District this morning.

At about 2:30 a.m., patrol officers responded to stories of a taking pictures close to twenty fourth Avenue East and East Union Road. Officers arrived and situated blood and proof of a taking pictures.

Whereas investigating, the sufferer arrived at Harborview Medical Heart through personal car, in severe situation.

Police decided that whereas the sufferer and associates had been standing close to the road, they had been approached by a gaggle of males and a struggle broke out. Through the altercation, one of many suspects shot on the group and struck the sufferer. The suspects fled the scene in a car, and police didn’t find them.  

Patrol officers processed the scene. The circumstances main as much as the taking pictures are below investigation. Detectives within the Gun Violence Discount Unit are assigned to this case.
