Armed group condemned over human rights abuses against civilians in DRC


Amnesty Worldwide reported on Tuesday that the March 23 Motion (M23) within the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) dedicated human rights violations in opposition to Congolese civilians amid ongoing armed battle that will quantity to battle crimes.
