The European Legislation Institute (ELI) Additional-Judicial Administration of Justice in Cross-Border Household and Succession Issues project is organising its dissemination convention in Vienna on 14 February. At this all-day occasion (9.00 to 18.00) consultants will current their nation experiences, comparative findings and coverage suggestions, with a purpose to talk about these with the viewers.
The mission investigated the phenomenon that household and succession regulation issues are more and more submitted to different authorities than courts. It seeks a to determine a harmonised idea of “courts” within the EU, bearing in mind the CJEU case regulation.
